Aleksandr Lukashenko sends condolences over deadly fire in Brazilian Santa Maria

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has expressed condolences to President Dilma Rousseff and the people of Brazil over a massive loss of life caused by the fire at the nightclub in the Brazilian city of Santa Maria.
