Aleksandr Lukashenko sends condolences over deadly explosions in Brazzaville

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has expressed condolences to President of Congo Denis Sassou Nguesso, relatives and friends of the victims of a series of explosions at a weapons depot in Brazzaville.
