Aleksandr Lukashenko sends birthday greetings to Yaroslavl Oblast Governor

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko  has sent a letter of birthday greetings to Governor of Russia’s Yaroslavl Oblast Sergei Yastrebov.
