Aleksandr Lukashenko sends birthday greetings to Sergei Makarenko

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to the Olympic champion, Honored Master of Sports of the USSR, Honored Coach of the BSSR, Sergei Makarenko.

"You are the first Olympic champion in the history of Belarus. Over 50 years ago you demonstrated the biggest sport mastery, purposefulness and will at the Olympic Games in Rome," the message of congratulations runs.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Sergei Makarenko health, long and active life, happiness, and well-being.
