President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent birthday greetings to President of the State Council and the Council of Ministers of Cuba Raul Castro Ruz.

Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed confidence that Belarus and Cuba will continue enhancing strategic partnership based on the principles of friendship and mutual support.
