Aleksandr Lukashenko sends birthday greetings to CIS Executive Secretary Sergei Lebedev

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to Chairman of the Executive Committee – Executive Secretary of the Commonwealth of Independent States Sergei Lebedev.
