Aleksandr Lukashenko sends anniversary greetings to China President Hu Juntao

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a letter of anniversary greetings to President of the People’s Republic of China Hu Juntao.

The Belarusian head of state noted that in the past decade China achieved outstanding results in all areas, successfully withstood the global economic crisis, became one of the leading economies in the world and the biggest trader. “The past years are notable for considerable achievements in the evolution of the Belarusian-Chinese relations which turned into all-round strategic partnership in 2005. We have launched our joint initiative concerning the big advancement of China in Belarus,” the felicitation message reads.

Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed that Hu Juntao’s personal contribution helped reach impressive results in the Belarusian-Chinese cooperation.

The Belarusian President wished his Chinese counterpart health, well-being, every success in work for the benefit of the People’s Republic of China.
