Aleksandr Lukashenko sends anniversary greetings to Anatoly Afanasyev

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a letter of anniversary greetings to the Chairman of Belarus' Higher Certifying Commission, Anatoly Afanasyev.

"I am convinced that your scientific authority and managing talent will further contribute to the successful operation of the Higher Certifying Commission, accumulation and effective realization of the scientific potential of Belarus," the message of anniversary greetings runs.

Aleksandr Lukashenko also wished Anatoly Afanasyev strong health, fulfillment of ideas, happiness, and prosperity.
