Aleksandr Lukashenko offers condolences to King of Spain over train crash victims

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko on behalf of the Belarusian people and himself sent condolences to King Juan Carlos I of Spain, the Spanish people, families and friends of the victims of the train crash near the city of Santiago de Compostela.
