Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended condolences to Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Emir of Dubai Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in connection with the untimely death of his son Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed Al Maktoum.
