Aleksandr Lukashenko extends condolences to Russia over plane crash victims

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended condolences to Russia President Vladimir Putin, families and friends of the victims of a Russian passenger plane crash in the Sinai Peninsula, the people of Russia.
