Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulates Paralympian Igor Boki

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Belarusian swimmer Igor Boki on his stunning victory at the 2012 London Paralympic Games.

"The entire country is proud of your achievement," the message of congratulations reads.

"I am convinced that having won the medals you will inspire your teammates and collect many more medals," the head of state said.
