Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulates Mozambique on Independence Day

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated President of Mozambique Armando Guebuza on Independence Day.

"I am convinced that by joining efforts we will realize a big potential of Belarus-Mozambique relations for the benefit of the two countries," the congratulatory message reads.
