Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulates Bulgaria on Liberation Day
On behalf of the Belarusian people and on his own behalf President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated President of Bulgaria Rosen Plevneliev and his people on Liberation Day.
"I am convinced that in the future we will enhance bilateral relations based on the principles of partnership and mutual respect for the benefit of the two nations," Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed.
