Aleksandr Lukashenko approves draft loan agreement between Belarus and IBRD

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved a draft loan agreement (the project “Use of tree biomass for central heating”) between the Republic of Belarus and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) as a basis for further talks. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of state.

The State Standardization Committee has been authorized to hold the negotiations and sign the document.
