On Introducing Amendments and Additions to Decree No. 200 of 26 April 2010
Decree No. 197 of 19 April 2012
On 19 April President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 197 on introducing additions and amendments to a list of administrative procedures performed by government bodies and other organizations to deal with people's petitions. The list has been approved by Decree No. 200 of 26 April 2010.
The document aims to streamline the order of handling routine problems connected with a number of administrative procedures.
In line with the Decree, foreign citizens temporally residing on the territory of Belarus and citizens of the Republic of Belarus permanently residing abroad can get a driving license, exchange it, and register transport vehicles in the Republic of Belarus.
The Decree enters into force in three months after its official publication.
