On Streamlining the Purchase of Company Cars
Decree No. 119 of 12 March 2013
On 12 March President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 119 “On streamlining the purchase of company cars”.
In order to promote rational use of funds, compliance with the payment discipline the Decree provides for the limits on the purchase of company cars by legal persons who have overdue debts an and imposes limit on the car cost.
The Decree shall enter into force in a month after its official publication.
