Order of Mother conferred on 39 Belarusian women

    The Order of Mother has been conferred on 39 women from Grodno Oblast and Minsk Oblast for giving birth to and bringing up five and more children. A corresponding decree was signed by Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko.

    Awards were bestowed upon women working in agriculture and manufacturing, culture, education, healthcare, trade, social security system, as well as homekeepers.

    Among the awardees are shop assistant from Lida Valentina Klimova, veterinarian of OAO Zapolskoye, Cherven District, Natalya Vakhtina, doctor of the Uzda central district hospital Tamara Lych.
