Graduates of military universities receive letters of commendation from Belarus President
Twenty-one people serving
in the Armed Forces, Interior Ministry interior forces, and national security
bodies have received letters of commendation from the Belarusian President in
recognition of academic excellence and exemplary fulfillment of their military
duties. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed the corresponding
resolution.
Letters of commendation were bestowed upon the graduates of the General Staff faculty of the Armed Forces of the Military Academy of Belarus Colonel Vladimir Bely, the Academy of the Interior Ministry of Belarus Colonel Alexander Garus, Belarus’ National Security Institute Lieutenant Roman Kirsanov, Marshal Semyon Budyonny Military Signals and Communications Corps Academy at the Russian Defense Ministry Lieutenant Colonel Ivan Gavrilik, the military educational and scientific center of the Ground Troops of the Combined Arms Academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Major Andrei Sharupich.
