Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Belarusian biathlete Darya Domracheva on winning a silver medal at the Olympic Games in PyeongChang.

“Dear Darya, we have been rooting for you so much and hoped for a good performance at the biathlon track in PyeongChang. By displaying extraordinary psychological strength, you have performed very well in the mass start race and won a silver medal at the Olympics,” the message of greetings reads.

“Thank you for this victory. I am convinced that our girls can also show good results in the relay. Good luck!” the president said.
