Belarus, Afghanistan to mull over draft agreement on military and technical cooperation
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved a draft
agreement between the governments of Belarus and Afghanistan on the military
and technical cooperation as a basis for further talks. The head of state has
signed a corresponding decree.
The State Defense Industries Committee has been authorized to hold the negotiations on the draft agreement and sign it.
