Dear countrymen,

I would like to express my warm greetings to you on the Nativity of Christ.

For thousands of years the power of this great celebration, which fills human life with meaning, has been an inexhaustible source of altruism and mercy.

Christmas brings millions of believers the feeling of joy and faith in the victory of true spirituality and humanism, purifies one’s thoughts and feelings, and calls on noble deeds, compassion and tolerance.

We love Christmas and live in anticipation of this holiday considering it one of the most wonderful events that remind us of the unbreakable bond between generations, magnificence of motherly love and the need to take care of our loved ones. On these winter days, as the lights of beautifully decorated Christmas trees shine and Christmas bells jingle, an atmosphere of consent and mutual understanding settles in families, filling the hearts of the family members with love for the entire year. The wonderful tradition of helping those who have found themselves in a difficult situation is filled with new substance and prompts us to do good.
