On Some Issues of Providing State Support to Build (Revamp) or Buy Dwelling Houses
Decree No. 13 of 6 January 2012
President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 13 "On Some Issues of Providing State Support to Build (Revamp) or Buy Dwelling Houses" on 6 January.
In order to optimize the mechanism of preferential lending for housing construction and related budget costs, the Decree specifies the terms providing preferential loans.
Thus, the right to get preferential loans is given to families with many children; people who has been living in hostels for the period of more than ten years in case they do not own other residential facilities; families with disabled children, group I and group II children, who are disabled from childhood; people suffering from radiation sickness; etc.
