On appointment and dismissal of judges
Commentary to Decree No. 185 of 25 May 2017
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has appointed two judges of the Supreme Court. This is envisaged in Decree No. 185 “On appointment and dismissal of judges” signed by the head of state on 25 May.
Andrei Plotnikov has been appointed Supreme Court judge with the further approval of this decision with the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus.
Olga Sinkevich has been also appointed Supreme Court judge with the further approval of this decision with the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus.
