Vladimir Sulimov dismissed as First Deputy Chairman of State Defense Industries Committee

Vladimir Sulimov has been relieved of the post of the First Deputy Chairman of State Defense Industries Committee of the Republic of Belarus. He will be seconded to the Defense Ministry and will be transferred to the retired reserve with the right to wear military uniform and rank insignia.

Igor Bykov who was relieved of the post of the Deputy Chairman of State Defense Industries Committee has been appointed First Deputy Chairman of this institution.

Major General Igor Lavrinenko has been relieved of the post of the First Deputy Chairman of the General Staff of Belarus’ Armed Forces. He will be seconded to the Defense Ministry.

President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed the corresponding decrees on 4 August.
