Oleg Matkin appointed First Deputy Commander of Interior Forces of Belarus’ Interior Ministry

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko appointed Colonel Oleg Matkin First Deputy Commander of Interior Forces of the Interior Ministry of the Republic of Belarus – Chief of Staff. He was relieved of the post of Deputy Commander of Interior Forces of the Interior Ministry – head of the operational and combat training department. The head of state signed the corresponding decree on 1 December.
