New emblem for Belarus President’s talented youth support fund
A new emblem for the Belarus President’s talented youth support fund and new lapel badges of the fund’s prize winners were approved by presidential Decree No. 358 “Concerning additions and amendments to Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 142 of 29 February 2008”.
The document specified who can be awarded prizes of the Belarus President’s talented youth support fund. In order stimulate creative initiatives of the youth the decree envisages that the special fund can award people without honorary titles. Before the adoption of the decree the special fund awarded people with honorary titles in culture and art.
The decree also introduced amendments to the provision on heraldic symbols of the special funds of the head of state in compliance with the laws regarding official heraldic symbols and culture of the Republic of Belarus.
