Mikhail Puzikov appointed Deputy State Secretary of Belarus’ Security Council

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has appointed Mikahil Puzikov Deputy State Secretary of Belarus’ Security Council. He was relieved of the post of Deputy Defense Minister. The head of state signed a corresponding decree on 23 November.
