Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent
greetings to Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev as the country celebrates
Independence Day.
“Belarus has been a reliable friend of Azerbaijan and is ready to continue to take all efforts for the further development of the bilateral strategic cooperation,” the message reads.
Aleksandr Lukashenko believes that the harnessing of the potential of Belarusian-Azerbaijani relations will significantly strengthen the political and economic interaction, create a foundation for the further growth of the economies of the two countries and enhance the role of Belarus and Azerbaijan in the international arena.
