Igor Alekseichik relieved of duties as Deputy Chief of Air Force and Air Defense, Chief of Aviation

    The President of the Republic of Belarus has relieved Colonel Igor Alekseichik from his duties as Deputy Chief of the Air Force and Air Defense of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, Chief of Aviation.

    Colonel Alexander Karev has been appointed in his stead.

    Aleksandr Lukashenko has also relieved Nikolai Grinev from his duties as Head of the Material Reserves Department of the Belarusian Emergencies Ministry due to his retirement.

    The head of state signed the relevant decrees on 11 September.
