Greetings to People’s Artist of RSFSR Vladimir Vinokur

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to People’s Artist of the RSFSR Vladimir Vinokur.

“Thanks to your exceptional talent, charisma and broad creative opportunities you have many fans and are respected in professional circles. You have played many bright and memorable satirical roles and have always been a master of parody,” the felicitation message reads.

According to the head of state, people in Belarus appreciate Vladimir Vinokur as a wonderful artist, and every meeting with him is full of humor, laughter and good mood.

“I am convinced that you will continue sharing your talent with numerous fans and help promote cultural ties between our nations,” Aleksandr Lukashenko emphasized.
