Film director Sergei Petrov awarded Francysk Skaryna Order

Film director, scriptwriter and producer Sergei Petrov has been honored with the Order of Francysk Skaryna for the considerable personal contribution to the development of the Belarusian-Russian cultural ties. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed a relevant decree on 11 July.
