Easter greetings to Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill

    Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent Easter greetings to Patriarch of Moscow and Al Russia Kirill.

    “This joyful day awakens the kindest thoughts in the hearts of all Orthodox Christians. It reminds us about everlasting values bringing true meaning to our lives,” the message of greetings reads. “Today the Orthodox values are the moral compass, an unflagging source of Christian love, kindness and creativity.”

    The head of state expressed confidence that the Russian Orthodox Church will help promote the spiritual foundations of the society, help strengthen friendship and mutual understanding between the peoples of Belarus and Russia.
