Distinguished Belarusians honored with state awards
More than 190 workers of various industries have been
honored with state awards. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed
corresponding Decree No. 427 on 24 November.
The have been awarded for many-year productive work, exemplary fulfillment of service duties, courage and bravery displayed in human rescue, attainment of high production results in the manufacturing sector and construction, agricultural and forestry industries, a big personal contribution to the development of scientific research, the country’s energy system, education, healthcare, utility services, art, culture, and sport.
Belarus President’s Aide Nikolai Korbut and chairman of the agricultural company Agrokombinat Snov Nikolai Radoman have been honored with the Orders of Fatherland 3rd Class.
The Orders for Service to the Homeland 3rd Class have been conferred on head of the material and technical support department at the Belarusian Emergencies Ministry Igor Bolotov and head of the special operations unit at the Belarusian Emergencies Ministry Ruslan Solodkin.
The Orders of Honor have been bestowed upon 16 people. Among the awardees are Director of Borisov Plant of Automotive and Tractor Electrical Equipment – the managing company of Avtokomponenty Holding Company Anatoly Kapsky, Rector of the Grodno State Agrarian University Vitold Pestis.
Member of the Belarusian Union of Artists Alexander Solovyov and chief director, general producer of OOO Profiartvideon Alexander Tikhanovich have been awarded the Orders of Francysk Skaryna.
A big group of people received medals for human rescue, impeccable military service, prevention and mitigation of emergencies, professional excellence, and the medals of Francysk Skaryna.
In accordance with the decree, the People’s Artist of Belarus title was bestowed upon singer, chief master of stage of the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater Anastasia Moskvina. The People’s Teacher of Belarus title has been awarded to physics teacher of Mogilev State Oblast Lyceum No. 1 Valery Barashkov.
Many people received the titles of honored artist, scientist, worker of education, doctor, worker of the healthcare industry, manufacturing sector, agriculture, forestry industry, honored builder, coach, and master of sport of Belarus.
