Condolences to Ethiopia President Sahle-Work Zewde

On behalf of the Belarusian people and himself Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has expressed condolences to Ethiopia President Sahle-Work Zewde over the Ethiopian Airlines plane crash.

“It is with deep pain and sorrow that people in the Republic of Belarus have learned the news about the numerous victims of the Ethiopian Airlines plane crash near Bishoftu,” the message of condolences reads.

The head of state also conveyed support to the families and friends of the victims.
