Condolences over passing of Iosif Kobzon

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed condolences over the passing of USSR People’s Artist, Member of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Iosif Kobson to his family and loved ones.

“In the memory of millions of people, he will forever stay as a symbol of the epoch, a strong personality and a person with a firm civil stance. The great singer has passed away, but his talent and amazing vocals will live in the immortal musical legacy,” the message says.

Aleksandr Lukashenko noted that Belarusians will always cherish the memory of Iosif Davydovich [Kobzon].
