Commentary to Decree No. 600 of 19 December 2014
On 19 December Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 600 “Concerning the operation of the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus”.
The document aims to specify the terms and order of bringing the Republic of Belarus to subsidiary responsibility for the obligations of the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus regarding the issue, circulation, and retirement of bonds.
The Council of Ministers will act on behalf of the Republic of Belarus in such cases.
