Commentary to Decree No. 420 of 23 November 2017
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved the loan agreement between Belarus and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The head of state signed corresponding Decree No. 420 on 23 November.
The agreement was signed in Minsk on 14 September 2017. It will support the capitalization of OAO Belarusian Bank for Reconstruction and Development Belinvestbank through the subordinated debt facility.
The Decree comes into force from the date of its signature.
