Commentary to Decree No. 349 of 27 September 2017
The order of implementation of certain investment
projects with China has been revised in Belarus. This is envisaged in Decree No.
349 of 27 September 2016 “Concerning investment projects” which was signed by
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko.
The decree aims to promote the implementation of joint Belarusian-Chinese investment projects in power engineering, automobile manufacturing, paper and textile industries.
The document specifies the order of implementation of certain projects, determines the list of foreign organizations which can use the services of foreign nationals and stateless persons temporarily or permanently residing in Belarus for the period of implementation of these investment agreements.
