Belarus President awards CIS executive secretary Sergei Lebedev

Sergei Lebedev, Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee, CIS Executive Secretary, has been awarded an Order of Honor. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed the relevant decree on 29 March.

Sergei Lebedev was awarded for accomplishments in advancing multilateral cooperation within the framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States, for his considerable personal contribution to the establishment of friendly relations between Belarus and the CIS member states.
