Belarus, Chile to hold talks on abolition of visas for holders of service, diplomatic passports

    Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko approved a draft intergovernmental agreement with Chile on the abolition of visas for the holders of diplomatic, service and official passports as a basis for further talks.

    The Foreign Ministry has been authorized to hold the negotiations and sign the document.

    Apart from that, Prime Minister of Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovich has been authorized to sign the Minamata Convention on Mercury which was passed in Kumamoto on 10 October 2013.

    Aleksandr Lukashenko signed the corresponding decrees on 18 September.
