Alexandrov appointed Belarus Ambassador to Cuba

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko appointed Alexander Alexandrov Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Cuba with concurrent accreditation to Mexico. The head of state signed the corresponding decree on 6 October.
