Aleksandr Lukashenko sends greetings to workers of Grodno State University

    Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to the personnel of the Yanka Kupala Grodno State University which celebrates the 75th anniversary.

    “Over the years the teacher’s institute has evolved into the classical university. It trained more than 80,000 highly-qualified specialists who successfully work in many branches of the country’s economy. Today your university is one of the best Belarusian universities. It is a member of various international organizations, maintains solid cooperation with the institutions of higher learning the CIS and non-CIS countries,” the message of greetings reads.

    “By preserving and enriching Belarusian education traditions, your personnel master the most promising modern methods of teaching, do their best to improve the education process. Besides, the university’s scientific schools make a contribution to the innovative development of Belarus,” the head of state noted.
