Aleksandr Lukashenko expresses condolences over passing of Eldar Ryazanov
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has expressed condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of People’s Artist of the USSR Eldar Ryazanov in connection with his demise.
The message of condolences reads that “Eldar Ryazanov left a bright mark in the history of the Soviet and Russian cinema as an outstanding director and a master of comedy. His films won the hearts of many generations of people thanks to their wisdom and good humor. The creative work of Eldar Ryazanov was well known and appreciated in Belarus, people were always looking forward to his new films.”
The blessed memory of Eldar Ryazanov will remain in our hearts forever, the President of Belarus noted.
