Meeting with Azerbaijan Prime Minister Artur Rasizade

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko and Azerbaijan Prime Minister Artur Rasizade discussed the prospects of Belarus-Azerbaijan relations at the meeting in Baku on 29 November.

The sides paid special attention to the implementation of arrangements which were reached during the official negotiations of the presidents of Belarus and Azerbaijan.

Before the meeting with Artur Rasizade the head of state visited the HeydarAliyevCenter which was opened in 2012. The center studies the philosophy of the state development and ideology of Azerbaijan, the country’s history, its language, cultural, national, and spiritual values.

Earlier in the day the head of state laid wreaths at the Tomb of Azerbaijan’s national leader Heydar Aliyev in the Alley of Honor and at the memorial in Martyrs’ Lane in Baku.
