Meeting to discuss prospects for resuming Belarus-Russia cooperation in potash industry

The prospects for resuming the cooperation between Belarusian and Russian companies in potash industry were discussed during the working meeting chaired by Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko on 13 June.
The event brought together representatives of the Russian business and Belarusian potash industry executives. The sides discussed in detail the approaches to the potential resumption of cooperation and the situation on the global potassium chloride market.
The Belarusian leader emphasized Belarus’ consistent position: the cooperation can be resumed only on equal terms, and only if Belarus’ national interests are observed.
