Greetings to State Secretary of Union State Grigory Rapota

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to State Secretary of the Union State Grigory Rapota.

“As an experienced civil servant and top-notch expert, you have been doing your best to develop Belarus-Russia relations for many years,” the head of state said. “I am deeply convinced that your authority, integrity and commitment will help deepen our integration and solve crucial tasks within the framework of the UnionState.”
