Commentary to Decree No. 360 “On acquisition of assets"
The Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus will
acquire assets formed by OAO Belinvestbank as pat of financing state programs.
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed corresponding Decree No. 360
“On acquisition of assets”.
Alongside with the transformation processes happening in OAO Belinvestbank, this transfer of assets is the next step in the implementation of a memorandum of interaction between the Republic of Belarus and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
