Commentary to Decree No. 265 of 28 July 2017
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 265 “On opening special accounts” on 28 July.
The document envisages the creation of conditions for Belarusian organizations involved in the construction of the Belarusian nuclear power plant (BelNPP) for carrying out monetary transactions connected with the construction of its facilities on time.
