Andrei Smal appointed deputy chairman of Belarus’ Investigation Committee

Andrei Smal has been appointed deputy chairman of the Investigation Committee of the Republic of Belarus. A corresponding decree has been signed by Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko.
